International express                               
For small quantity order, we recommend to use international express service for shipment. DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT are optional. This is door to door service, express company will handle customs clearance for you. The delivery time of express service is three to six days. 

                

Air shipping                                                               
If the goods weight is higher than 100kg, we can use air shipping. The delivery time is four to eight days. Usually customer should handle the customs clearance on his own and pick up the goods from local airport. Our company has cooperation freight forwarder that can provide door to door service for air shipping. You can let us know your request if you need door to door service for convenience.     

 

Ocean shipping                                                               
For large quantity order of which the dimension is more than two cubic meters, we can use ocean shipping. The price of ocean shipping is much lower than express and air shipping, but the delivery time of ocean shipping is around one month. Usually customer should handle the customs clearance on his own and pick up the goods from the nearest port. Our company has cooperation freight forwarder that can provide door to door service for ocean shipping. You can let us know your request if you need door to door service for convenience.

We have our own freight forwarders for different shipment methods for your option, but you can always use your own freight forwarder or international express account if you want.    
                                                           
Damage during transport                                                               
If the goods damaged during transport were arranged by our company, we will take responsibility and arrange the new replacement light for you.
If the goods damaged during transport was arranged by customer's own freight forwarder. Please send us photos for our analysis. If the goods were damaged due to fragile packing, our company will take the responsibility and arrange the replacement light. If we found the package was changed or damaged by customer's own freight forwarder, we will not take responsibility for the damage.
